We are currently accepting mentees for the AOC Merck Peer Mentoring Program! Our goal is to connect students with a broader network of professionals and peers in the biomedical and health fields, offering mentorship to help them achieve their career goals. This includes financial support for professional development activities in the form of stipends up to $750. Participants are expected to commit to the program for two semesters, attend all scheduled mentorship meetings, and participate in eight workshops (four per term). They will complete one assignment focused on advancing their biomedical or health career path, such as preparing an application for research or graduate programs or signing up for clinical experience, in collaboration with their mentor. Additionally, participants are expected to support their mentor in promoting workshops and events.
