AOC Leaders are student mentors who guide others toward careers in healthcare and biomedical fields. They develop and lead workshops on crucial topics like medical school financial planning, create resource networks, and build supportive communities for aspiring healthcare professionals. While pursuing their own careers in health fields, these Leaders gain valuable mentorship experience while making healthcare education more accessible to others.

They participate in professional development programs and join a network of like-minded peers and professionals who believe in using biomedical science as a tool for social change and health equity.
