I am submitting this on behalf of DREAM Lab (dreamlab.ucsf.edu). We have a number of projects involving the collection and analysis of data from a variety of population-based studies, mostly in cancer. The studies cover a range of cancer sites but all focus on a cancer health disparity and influence of multilevel factors from cellular (-omics) to contextual factors (e.g., neighborhoods, structural or institutional factors).
